Multi Unit Dwellings
The Ontario government has announced plans to make changes to zoning regulations to allow for more flexible zoning for multi-unit dwellings, such as duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes, in certain areas in order to increase housing supply and affordability. This change in zoning regulations would allow homeowners to convert their homes into multiple units or build additional units on their property. It's part of the government's efforts to increase housing supply and affordability in the province.
